Liz Hepp is a freelance dance artist and producer based in Brooklyn, NY. She holds a BFA in dance performance from Tisch, NYU, and most recently has danced on stages and in site specific works for Dusan Tynek, Lynn Neuman, Erick Montes, and Pat Catterson. Other highlights include performing at The Whitney Museum in Nick Mauss: Transmissions Exhibition, making dances with multidisciplinary artist and close collaborator Molly Gorin, and many summers spent as a student with the Merce Cunningham Trust. Outside the studio, Liz co- produces performances in non traditional spaces such as Ace Hotel NY with CreateArt and produces/programs virtual events and a zoom talk show with Remote Daily. She is passionate about making the dance field more sustainable and advocating for all artists to be paid equitably (shout-out to Dance Artists National Collective). She is very excited to join the Periapsis team!
