Hannah Virginia Weber, resident choreographer and dancer with Periapsis Music and Dance, has performed with Sarah Berges Dance, the Moving Architects, Sans Limites Dance, Salvatore LaRussa Dance Theatre, and others, and is a regular contributor to the Folk Circus and Lip Service cabaret shows in Brooklyn. Within Periapsis Music and Dance, roles have been created for her by Joshua Beamish, Erin Dillon, and Leigh Schanfein. From 2010 until 2012 she worked with Cirque du Soleil on their show Iris in Los Angeles as a dancer and a main character, appearing on The Tonight Show and the Academy Awards. She received her BFA in contemporary dance in 2009 from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where she studied with such choreographers as Alonzo King, Larry Keigwin, and Janis Brenner. Hannah is a native of Norco, Louisiana.
